City Tours on September 21, 2024 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

THEN 2024 - 4 dimensions in Ybbs

How do you do? Nice to have you here. I am your virtual city guide. Welcome to a journey through time in Ybbs 2024. Let me tell you about the past and let my colleagues show you the way.

At the beginning, archivist and art historian Kathrin Kratzer invites the audience on a historical tour of the town until they are guided through Ybbs by Christina Lederhaas, Ana Redi Milatovic and Klara Wandl, equipped with headphones and a narrator's voice in their ears. An artistic tour of the town that takes place in the future and during which the audience walks through the places like an open-air museum. Everyday life in 2024 will be interwoven with historical events from even further back in time and with city sounds, music and voices, allowing the audience to experience them.

At any time, your experience can turn into a journey of discovery with your smartphone. A puzzle rally through the architectural history of Ybbs is rewarded with a refreshing surprise. Find out more at the information stand on the main square in Ybbs.
